Land Use Bylaw Review
The Summer Village of South View is undertaking a Land Use Bylaw Review and update in 2026. All municipalities are required to have a Land Use Bylaw, as per the Municipal Government Act. The Land Use Bylaw set the rules and regulations for land use and development in the municipality. South View Council is committed to engaging with the community throughout the process and has developed a Communication and Engagement Plan to guide community engagement. The page is your go-to spot for up to date information.
Paul Hanlan and Angela Duncan have been contracted to undertake this review. Any questions or comments regarding the engagement and approval process can be directed to them so that they can be compiled for Council review. Council retains all final decision-making.
